 Using these tools regularly, it sometimes comes as a shock to me personally when I find out others are not aware of certain things that to others may seem to be obvious and often it is assumed that everyone else know that... As such, one of my learnings personally came to the use and knowledge of Facebook as a dashboard and service itself. It appears not everyone is aware that the event details will be shortened at times and not fully appear unless you expand them.  |
